Pick a Title!

I'm curious to know what all of you friends out there would imagine this picture is about.
What would you name it?

I was thinking "Homecoming".

Hummmm...I'm going to have to think about it a bit. I like it though!

My goodness, Kami! Your photos are just beautiful! I'm not really sure what I'd call that picture, but it's so lovely that it really doesn't NEED a name! I think it can stand by itself. ;)

BTW, I just realized that I never replied to that sweet email you sent a while back with the video links. Thank you so much for sending those! They were a real riot - I think your teenager impersonation was the best part! We pretty much died. :)

Keep up the great work! God Bless!

I don't think I can find a fitting name for it. 'Tis sad. such a sweet picture deserves a equally sweet name! I'll think a bit more on it! Then maybe something will turn up!

OH! Thank you.

Ha ha! Maybe that's why I asked YOU guys!!!! I was thinking about naming it something like "Homecoming" or "Watching for Daddy" or???

Oh! No problem, Amanda! I was happy but nervous to send those videos to you for Kess. :(
That AWFUL teenager!!! That old Whitney. ;) Oh dear. She was not the real me. Yuck. But I'm VERY glad you guys liked her. That's great!!!! :D

Don't worry, Kami - we know you're not THAT crazy! ;) We were genuinely impressed cause it seems that most home-schoolers do terrible impersonations of the average teenager - and yours was just SO good. lol :)

Also, since the picture itself is what is important, and not the name, you could go with something very simple, like: "Waiting" or "Watching". I am a firm believer that the title of a piece of art should be an understatement. I don't know how many times I've come across a delicious title in research and then opened up the picture to go, "Eww! That's not pretty at all!" ;)

Can't say how much I love that shot! Have you ever sold prints of your work?

...Well I had to be crazy ENOUGH to think about acting that part. =D Ha ha!!!

Thank you again, Amanda!!! I'm SO glad you like that picture. I have thought about selling prints, but I'm not quite "sold" on the idea. ;) I'll have to figure out more details! I did just do my first wedding on Friday, and I enjoyed it so much! It was very simple and old-fashioned- which was great for pictures!

Your blog is very beautiful. Somehow I found your blog through one persons blog, then through their, and on and on. But I think the picture should be called "Discovery" because it seems like the little girl just discovered the lady pinning her hair, and the lady is completely unaware that she has a little admirer.
God Bless.
